If you Die in a saga, or Scheduled battle then you will go to the afterlife. During this time you are nolonger aloud to spar or battle with alive fighters you may attend Sagas and Tournments but only watch. You will wait a week to come back to life agian while you wait you may train with King Kai or Konema depending on who you are. Training wih these two increases the power increase somewhat.
