This technique allows the user to pay 200 points of there own hp to fire a ki blast of there choosing. This ki blast cannot be avoided by the person it was fired at but the user must pay with some of there life force. NOTE! the higher your PL the Higher the price you pay to use Last Stand it is porportional.
